Located in the private Terres Basses area of Saint-Martin, Villa Nuit Jade offers sunset-facing ocean views. The property accommodates up to 10 guests in its five bedrooms and is just a few minutes' drive from the beach.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers spacious interiors: air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Five bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the main level - two open directly onto the pool, two onto the garden, with outdoor shower and private terrace. The fifth unit is an independent studio, accessible from the outside, with living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with dressing room and bathroom; the bedroom bed is made up of twin beds that can be separated as required.

The exterior features a heated pool, Jacuzzi, hot tub, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating is available as an optional extra for $350 per week. Other facilities include a wine cellar, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, safe and electric gate.

On-site staff include a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and national holidays), a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 3-minute drive from the beach, 10 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, 15 minutes from town and the airport. Suitable for families, groups of friends or couples looking for spacious accommodation.
