Located in Terres Basses, Saint-Martin, Villa Nirvana is a renovated 6-bedroom residence that sleeps 12. The property overlooks the garden and is an 8-minute walk from the beach. Minimum stays: 4 nights in low season, 5 nights in high season, 12 nights for Christmas and New Year.

Inside, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master suite, accessible from the terrace, overlooks the pool and includes a private garden terrace with two deckchairs, an outdoor shower and direct access to the Jacuzzi. Four bedrooms are located in the main house (two with pool view, two with garden view) and the sixth bedroom has its own entrance, private terrace with hammock and direct access to the jacuzzi. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room with TV/Smart TV, a dining room and an air-conditioned kitchen.

Outside, the villa features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hot tub, barbecue, covered terrace, outdoor shower and exotic garden. On-site leisure facilities include billiards and a multi-game table (billiards, table tennis). Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, espresso machine, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate.

The staff includes a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from restaurants, grocery stores and the town center, and 15 minutes from the airport. For larger groups, the rental can be combined with the neighboring Beach Cottage property via a small private gate; both villas retain their own private gates and entrances.
