Located on the heights of Terres Basses in Saint-Martin, Villa Mongoose Run offers ocean views and 5-minute drive to the beach. The villa sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms and is 20 minutes from the airport and town.

The interior features three bedrooms with outside access, each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a small private terrace. The living area is open to the outdoors, with a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A small terrace at the top of the house completes the outdoor spaces.

The infinity pool measures 8.30 m x 4 m and is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, optional heating is available at a cost of 350 $ per week. The villa has a covered terrace, gym, TV/Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate.

On-site staff include a housekeeper (present every day except Sundays and national holidays), a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.
