Located in Hope Hill, in the Orient Bay area of Saint-Martin, Villa Dulce offers ocean views and 5-minute drive to the beach. The house can accommodate 8 guests in its four bedrooms, and is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The interior features four bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and access from the common areas. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room with TV/Smart TV, a dining room and an air-conditioned kitchen equipped with dishwasher and espresso machine. A wine cellar is also available.

The outside area features a heated infinity pool, covered terrace and barbecue. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating can be activated on request for 350 $ per week. Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate complete the practical facilities.

Staff includes a housekeeper (every other day in high and low season, except Sundays and national holidays; during Christmas and New Year, housekeeping is provided every day except Sundays and national holidays), a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from restaurants, grocery stores and Orient Bay town center, and a 40-minute drive from the airport. Minimum stays: low season 5 nights, high season 6 nights, Christmas/New Year 14 nights. Suitable for couples, families and groups of friends.
