Located between Friar's Bay and Happy Bay in Saint-Martin, the villa overlooks the ocean and is built over two levels. It sleeps up to six people in its three bedrooms. The beach can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot.

The air-conditioned living room opens onto a covered terrace and communicates with the dining room and air-conditioned kitchen, equipped with an espresso machine. Three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom: one on the main level and two on the lower level with direct access to the pool.

The exterior features a private pool, covered terrace, barbecue and exotic garden. The house offers Wi-Fi, TV and Smart TV, safe, washing machine, dryer and iron. Air conditioning is available in the main areas.

The staff includes a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are provided and included in the rental price.

Shops and services are close by: restaurants 5 minutes away by car, town center 5 minutes away, grocery store 9 minutes away and the airport 30 minutes away. Minimum stay 7 nights in low and high season, 12 nights during Christmas/New Year. Suitable for couples, families or small groups.
