Located on the heights of Terres Basses in Saint-Martin, Villa Amandara offers ocean views and quick access to the beach (2 minutes by car). The five-bedroom property can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a minimum stay of 7 nights in low season, high season and Christmas/New Year.

The interior features five bedrooms with private bathrooms, including the master suite with bathtub and outdoor shower. Four bedrooms are on the main level and the fifth is in a small independent apartment on the lower level. Living spaces are open and bright, with lounge, dining and multimedia facilities, as well as TV, Smart TV and satellite TV.

The exterior features a swimming pool (heated), terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool is heated automatically from December 16 to April 15; outside this period, heating is optional and costs 350 $ per week. The villa also features a gym, ping-pong table, wine cellar, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, espresso machine, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a housekeeper every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. For full bookings in high season and during vacations, a private chef provides three meals a day, with food and beverages at extra cost. Beach towels are provided.
