Located in the secure Terres Basses area of Saint-Martin, Villa Agama offers 5 rooms for 10 people with ocean and Anguilla island views. Access to the beaches is just 5 minutes by car. Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, 6 in high season and 12 nights over Christmas/New Year. The villa is laid out on two levels, with an emphasis on outdoor spaces.

The interior features five bedrooms with king-size beds, three on the main level near the kitchen and living room, two on the lower level. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and Smart TV. The living room is bright and airy, with a separate lounge and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, espresso machine and wine storage.

The exterior features a heated infinity pool and a covered terrace with barbecue area and outdoor lounge. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating is optional, at a cost of 350 $ per week. Wi-Fi, safe, TV, wine cellar, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator complete the practical facilities.
