Situated on the heights of Anse Marcel, Villa Abaca offers ocean views and quick road access to the surrounding beaches. The villa accommodates ten guests in its five bedrooms. Minimum stay: 5 nights in low and high season, 12 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior features a bright, open architecture. The air-conditioned living room opens onto the infinity pool. The air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living areas are designed for sharing. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the master suite includes a dressing room. Three bedrooms are on the main level, while two others are reached by a small staircase near the pool and open onto private terraces.

The exteriors include a heated infinity pool, several terraces, a pergola with brazier and swings suspended over the water. Two outdoor dining areas, one equipped with a barbecue, and a petanque court complete the configuration. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, TV/Smart TV, gym, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate.

The staff includes a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach, restaurants and grocery store are a 5-minute drive away, the town center 10 minutes and the airport 40 minutes. The villa is suitable for families, groups of friends and couples, up to a maximum of 10 people.
