The interior comprises four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom; three bedrooms are on the upper floor, the fourth is on the first floor. A gym is located on the lower level. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room with TV and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, one indoors on the first floor and the other outdoors.

Outside, the property offers a swimming pool, covered terrace and barbecue area. An outdoor seating area overlooks the sea and Baie Rouge beach. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate. A safe is also available.

Staff include a maid every other day (except Sundays and national holidays), as well as a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are provided and included in the rental price.
