Located at Mont Vernon III in Saint-Martin, Villa Z'Abricot offers ocean views and quick access to the beaches, a five-minute drive away. The house sleeps up to 14 people in six bedrooms, with the option of renting in four, five or six-bedroom configurations. Minimum stay: 5 nights in low and high season, 7 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior features six bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a four-bed dormitory designed for younger guests. Living spaces are spacious, with an air-conditioned living room, dining room and air-conditioned kitchen. The villa also boasts a gym and multimedia facilities, including TV and satellite TV.
