Located in Guana Bay, Saint-Martin, Villa Amalia is a beachfront villa with a sunset orientation. The six-bedroom residence can accommodate up to 12 guests. Minimum rental period: 5 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season and during Christmas/New Year.

The interiors are air-conditioned and include six bedrooms (capacity 12), a lounge/family room equipped with Smart TV and satellite TV, a dining room and an air-conditioned kitchen with espresso machine. An indoor entertainment area incorporates a pool table.

Outside, the property features a 12 x 6 m heated infinity pool, terrace and barbecue. Additional amenities: spa, gym, private pickleball court, wine cellar, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, dryer, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a housekeeper available every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener, a pool attendant and a private chef; two full-time cooks provide three meals a day. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price. Food and beverages are not included in the rates.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from Guana Bay beach, 15 minutes from restaurants, 10 minutes from a grocery store, 5 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport. Suitable for couples, families and groups of friends.
