Located in Terres Basses, Villa Mariposa offers ocean frontage with sunset views. The property sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and can be rented in 2, 3 or 4-bedroom configurations. Minimum stays: low season 5 nights, high season 6 nights, Christmas/New Year 10 nights. Large terraces connect the living room to the pool.

Inside, the main living room boasts sea views and a pool table, while the dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are accessible from outside, and each has a private bathroom with double shower opening onto the horizon. Two rooms open directly onto the main terrace, a third has a private terrace accessible by a path, and the fourth is below, accessible by the staircase by the pool.

The exterior features a recently renovated 14 x 6 m, 1.60 m deep, horseshoe-shaped infinity pool that slopes down to the lawn. Covered terrace, barbecue and exotic garden complete the outdoor spaces. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, TV and satellite TV, dishwasher, espresso machine, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator. Pool heating is available as an option, at 350 $ per week.

On-site staff include a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and national holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.
